Fejoa Crumble
Ingredients
Fejoa’s enough for your dish
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut
2 Dessert Spoons Coconut Oil
1 Dessert Spoon Honey
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Optional)
25grams Butter (Optional)
Method
Scoop your Fejoas into a bake proof dish and smash with a fork, the amount will depend on your size of your dish
Add to a pot the Coconut Oil and Honey (and butter if you wish)
Over a low heat melt until it is combined liquid
Add Your Rolled Oats, Desiccated Coconut, Brown Sugar
Spread on top of your feijoa mix
Bake in the oven 160degrees for 25-30 min or until nice and golden.
Serve with Cream or Ice Cream and Enjoy!🌱
🌱TIPS:
🌱Crumble mix can be used with almost any fruit, experiment and use up all those fruit that look like they’re heading to the compost bin
🌱Once you gain confidence adjust the mix to your taste, if you’d like less Sugar leave the brown sugar out
🌱Add Cinnamon if you like the taste
