Fejoa Crumble

Ingredients

  • Fejoa’s enough for your dish

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut

  • 2 Dessert Spoons Coconut Oil

  • 1 Dessert Spoon Honey

  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Optional)

  • 25grams Butter (Optional)

Method

  1. Scoop your Fejoas into a bake proof dish and smash with a fork, the amount will depend on your size of your dish

  2. Add to a pot the Coconut Oil and Honey (and butter if you wish)

  3. Over a low heat melt until it is combined liquid

  4. Add Your Rolled Oats, Desiccated Coconut, Brown Sugar

  5. Spread on top of your feijoa mix

  6. Bake in the oven 160degrees for 25-30 min or until nice and golden.

    Serve with Cream or Ice Cream and Enjoy!🌱

    🌱TIPS:

    🌱Crumble mix can be used with almost any fruit, experiment and use up all those fruit that look like they’re heading to the compost bin

    🌱Once you gain confidence adjust the mix to your taste, if you’d like less Sugar leave the brown sugar out

    🌱Add Cinnamon if you like the taste
