The Wife me Loaf’ 😆

Ingredients

4 Cup Wholewheat Flour

2 TBSP Yeast dry/ 100gram of starter

2 Cups Warm Water

2 Tsp Salt (Celtic if possible)

Method

Add flour to bowl, make a well and add Water, salt and yeast/ or your starter and allow to bloom

Mix and cover for the first prove sit in a warm place for 2 hours and allow to rise

Butter your loaf tin put your mixture in no need to kneed your dough, butter the top cover and let rise for another hour or so. At this stage you can also add seeds if you’d like to the top

Bake on 180 degrees for 45min until golden brown and has formed a nice crust

Give your tin a knock, you should hear a nice hollow sound

Cut, serve and enjoy!

**Tip: You can use the same recipe to make your own home made buns, follow the same method but instead of placing in a loaf tin make a round shape allow to rise and then bake as usual
